"First, about me: I am a 70-year-old male from an older generation. When they sent two young girls with tattoos, I thought, “oh great! (Sad but true). These two girls were probably the best technicians I have ever had the lucky break to hire in my 70 years. This area is notorious for being very slack in the quality of any of the people they send out. These girls were over and above everything I could have possibly hoped for— and I am a man that sets the bar high! If you’re looking for any project at all around your home, at least give them a chance to talk to you. You simply can’t do better. Their professionalism, their warmth and friendliness and above all, their expertise is everything you could hope for when you retain someone to work on your home. God used them to teach me a lesson about judging a book by its cover, lol. Again, I don’t mean to “gush” but you do not know how refreshing it is to get people who show up on time, who “know their stuff” and are warm and friendly to boot. "Not like I expected. Almost all the work that he had done, we had to get someone else to redo it correctly and cost me more. I don't recommend him to anyone. I was upset with him the last time I was here. At the last minute, he let me know that he was not coming. He was supposed to be here at 10 and he showed up after 12 and he texted me one time while on my way and texted me again and he goes 20 minutes and I waited for him for 30 minutes and I just need to go because I have an appointment. My wife wanted our TV to be mounted above our fireplace mantle and he did but he mounted and installed the wires incorrectly and I had to do it all over again to correct what he did."
