"One evening I completed my request for a Handyman to do a roof repair, remove the old chase and to repair drywall that suffered the wrath of a leaking roof and was called the next day by Patrick. He came out that day and said he would call back with the estimate. The estimate came and within days the chase was removed and the roof repaired. Patrick has a large job in another city and asked if it was okay to do the drywall repair at a later date. I'm working on restoring a deck so that worked for me.
