"Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."

"We met with few construction companies in order to remodel our kitchen and all the bathrooms at the house which at the end of all the meetings… we decided to hire Pure Home Remodeling. We met with project manager and during all the meetings that we had, he spend extra time to really understand what we want to achieve, what is our style and preferred design. We needed to expand and upgrade our kitchen by moving the laundry space to the garage and removing a wall between the dining room area to the kitchen. This made us the exact open space and entertaining area that we wanted. More than that, we replaced some of the windows so we can have natural light. In the kitchen we added an island with 6 seating that will face one of the windows overlooking the back yard. The team of project manager guided us to make the remodeling stress free including helping us with the purchase of all the cabinets, floors, marble, tiles and appliances. We are very happy with the whole remodeling and the new kitchen beat all of our prospects, converting our entire home. We will keep recommending Simon and Pure Home Remodeling."

"Good customer service. Project started day before COVID-19 & caused delay getting materials to finish as expected. Project not completed but given daily updates and expect to be finished in 2 business days. Will also have them maintain new lawn weekly when finished. Highly recommend the service. Lawn needed much work done, we thought would cost around 5 grand, and they were just under 4 grand, so thought was good price for what we needed. Also had to had 50 year old tree stump removed! Payment options are good. We paid cash deposit to begin project & given receipt by email in minutes to track, so you both know how much you have left to pay. Can also make credit card payments when completed & receipt will be given. Love the process.
