"Wow if there ever was two sides to a story.... Susan Ostanik solicited our services to perform a topographic survey of a 2.5 acre vacant parcel of land she was in escrow on. Upon signing our land survey proposal she agreed to pay a 50% deposit to begin work. After several attempts to contact her via phone calls with voicemail, and emails over a months time, she finally calls and asks about the progress of the survey. I kindly informed here that we tried numerous time to contact her, and reminded her that as part of the contract she signed and agreed to, we required the deposit to be paid before we could start the work. Clearly stated on the contract and on several emails we sent her. She agreed and shortly thereafter paid the deposit. We immediately dispatched and even fast tracked her project to completion. While at the site the neighboring owner stated that the property could not be developed due to percolation issues determined by local engineering firm. I relayed this message to her and she thanked me for the information. When I requested the final payment upon completion of the survey and topographic map, she indicated that she was no longer in need of the map and wanted her money back. I told her that we completed the work per the contract and that she was legally obligated to pay us the balance. We took her to Small Claims and received a judgment in our favor for the remainder of the contract. The realtor indicated that she cancelled the escrow because of the soil issues we made her aware of. Fortunately these kind of people we rarely have to deal with."

"A very financially troubled and disgruntled Chris Muller posted this review. This person contracted with our company to perform a topographic survey at his home at 6162 Sierra Sena Road, Irvine, CA. We performed 100% of our portion of the contract professionally and on time and when we notified Mr. Muller that his maps were ready for delivering he stated: "I am having financial difficulties right now and my bank account is very low". He asked if he can receive the products now and pay later or pay with a credit card. I told him we do not accept credit cards and to make payment via the same method he used to pay the deposit. Mr. Muller became hostile and began harassing phone calls demanding we give him the product before receiving payment. He called several times wanting to discuss his financial issues. He then claimed we did not perform the work. I sent him a screenshot of the portion of the map and that still was not good enough for him. My last words to him were how is it that you cannot afford to pay the balance of $1000 for survey work on the ADU project that will cost well over $80,000. He did not reply. He completely embarrasses himself. It is a shame that there are people out there that act like this. It is no wonder he is struggling. Fortunately, Chris Muller is the only person we have dealt with and had problems like this. Please disregard this crackpot."
