Mr. Gutter OC, IncI believe it was Matt who came here to service our rain gutters, but it's been long overdue. He was responsive and professional. We had our gutters installed (incorrectly in some areas) by the previous owner and they were about to fall after the previous heavy rain. JNL Roofing and RemodellingI had what seemed to be a simple one missing concrete roof tile that needed to be replaced but ended up being four slipped tiles. Regardless, JNL Roofing was the only qualified roofer who would take on this small job (all other firms suggested I call a handyman who I doubt would have been able to fully understand what it was they were dealing with they discovered the real situation. He arrived on time as promised and had fully addressed the small repair in less than 15 minutes at a price I felt was completely fair.- William P.

Building In HarmonyOur roof was just finished, and I knew I had to give this team the best rating I can give because I’ve been blown away by the service, thoughtfulness and thoroughness I’ve gotten from Building in Harmony from the beginning. Our property is very hard to get to, and Michael ran into some unforeseen delays getting the permit for our roof re-do. During that time he never left me hanging, was available 24/7 via phone and text for me to check in and see where we were. Once they started, the process was fast, professional, and above and beyond. The team has been a delight to have working on our property, all fantastic guys, and considerate and communicative, which is important when you’re quarantined with 6 guys ripping up your roof :) Our roof looks and feels better than it ever has, and we are so glad we found Building in harmony. He made one trip to give me an estimate and came back to do the job. It took him much longer than he or I had estimated, and much longer than in the past. This time the mold had accumulated so thickly that his large circular brush was ineffective. So he switched to a small narrow, high-pressure nozzle and worked every single brick and section of grout--for four hours! I told him those bricks had never looked so clean in the 16 years since we moved in. He did not ask for an increase in his fee. I volunteered an increase because he had earned it. His dedication to quality and his honesty will lead me to call him next time. Highest recommendation.
