From the best I can tell, the gutters are clean, although without my actually being on the roof I am willing to take his word for it. A nice young man and a difficult task. Where he fell down was cleanup- I had to spend a couple of hours hosing down our neighbors homes and along side mine to remove mud splatter. A difficult circumstance with the houses close together, but I paid a premium price and relied on his representation re clean job.

The actual window cleaning was great. However the cleanup after was poor. They left muddy foot prints on all cement surfaces. They unhooked my hose to use theirs and did not hook mt hose back up. They left dirty rags and parts of their equipment at my house I called them to come get it but they never even called back or called back. Poor customer service.

They were in the neighborhood and was able to squeeze my job in that same day. They did all my windows including some small clerestory windows and all the glass on my side gates and garage. Transaction was 100% over the phone while I was at work. That made it very convenient. Came home to clean exterior windows.
