I couldnâ t have asked for a better experience. Gary and Augie are considerate, easy to work with and adjusted easily as a few changes needed to be made along the way. The subs were respectful, pleasant and kept the areas clean. The bathroom remodel turned out beautifully. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldnâ t change a thing. Donâ t hesitate, just say yes working with Grinstead Development Group, you wonâ t be sorry. Thank you Grinstead Development!

Gary Grinstead was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and experience in the field of home remodel is very extensive and it showed in the finished project. . Gary, Augie (foreman), and crew are very detail oriented. The price of the project was very reasonable and the workmanship was impeccable. I highly recommend Grinstead Homes for any remodel project!!

Once my job started, it was very organized. Every day another worker came and did excellent work. Gary was very helpful, with picking out quarts counter top to medicine cabinet. I would hire him again for any type of repair or remodel. I would also recommend him highly to anyone wanting work done professionally and accurately.

The owner is easy to work with and has a great eye for detail. He used quality fixtures, faucets, etc. They never gave poor quality just to save a few bucks. Highly recommend.

Gary, his crew, and his subcontractors were all great to work with. He worked well with everything we wanted but also gave us useful guidance along the way when we needed it. When we were searching for a contractor to build our dream home we interviewed several before coming across Gary Grinstead with Grinstead Homes. If you don't know, building a custom home on 20 acres is an extremely daunting process, but Gary Grinstead made it look easy. One of the most important things to us was transparency and communication, and Gary had both! He was very up front with us and had excellent communication throughout the whole house project. Gary worked within our budget and gave us great recommendations on the customizations of our home. His subcontractors were wonderful and pleasant to work with as well. Gary is the friendliest and most caring contractor we know! There are not enough words to express our gratitude, we highly recommend Grinstead Homes for any house project or custom home build!

We are very pleased with the work they did.. We had a jacuzzi tub installed and new tile around the shower. They also installed new shower doors and painted the bathroom. They were al always very professional and we love the end result. I would highly recommend them for any construction work you need done.

We liked the bathroom remodel Gary did for us so much we hired him to redo the adjoining bedroom. Gary installed four new accent windows in a previously solid wall, put shiplap on wall, put down backer board and tile, new trim to match everywhere to match new windows. Two examples of his quality work: - When his crew re stuccoed the outside wall, they included all four new widows in one large cut to reduce the number of joint lines. Then they painted the whole outside wall - no joint lines - no color variations. - The shiplap we wanted butted up existing crown molding. It took extra time to decide how to make that cut and then to actually do it. Looks great! This was good work completed by people who cared and want your next job. For example: The painter took extra time and even brought more samples to make sure we were happy with final color. We now have a light, bright bedroom. Feels good every night and a great place to wake up. Thanks to Gary and his merry band of workers we are planning our next project.
