"Summit Metal is a very professional company. They gave us a bid to replace gutters, install gutter guards and paint the gutters. They did excellent work with great care to take care of all the details without cutting corners. We had some dry rot which was not part of the bid but was billed fairly. Each day they cleaned everything up so there were never tools, materials and/or debris left laying around. They showed up everyday working all day until the job was done which may sound silly but some contractors don’t do that. In short professional, reliable, competent, respectful and honest."

"Andres and his crew of carpenters did absolute fantastic job on my home. Andres is a carpenter and roofer by trade. He and his crew replaced the base flooring in a home I purchased being extremely detailed in his work performance. Removed and replaced all rotted wood of home structure and a fantastic job on placing a lifetime warranty on a brand new roof 1630 sq.ft. of it. All the way to the framing of the home. Then Andres removed built in planters attached to this home, replaced all rotted material and gave this home a brand new face look to the structure. Amazing Work and what a challenge the job was. I have so many before and after pictures of what Andreas work intailed. I highly recommend and give him permission for any new clients to contact me for referral and reference.
