The cleared the clog and replaced the valve of the sewer outlet.. He explained to me the sewer outlet was very old and there were lots of derbies from deterioration residues.. They replaced the part which is outside the wall. The had to go to store to get the right size valve. They were very clean. I am happy for the work. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price.
