The work turned out to be more extensive than originally planned, but Steve did a thorough job of inspecting and evaluating the task. I got five estimates for the job. I hired Steve because his estimate was based on a careful inspection and a fair cost estimate, in spite of the current high price of lumber because of the pandemic.
