    A housekeeper was sent two weeks ago, and she did a nice job. Apparently, I'm now signed up for twice monthly cleaning, charged to my credit card. For a very large house, they've sent one person to clean and allotted eight hours until 9PM at night! There is no way to contact anyone to discuss this arrangement, or to cancel it easily

    Cleaning was ok not very clean.Betty did not tell about fees earlier for paying by card and the cleaning crew did arrive late . She was charging by the hour instead of the type of cleaning that needed to be done. Overall not that great.

    The gal came 6/10/2019 and did a good job. The problem was that I was automatically signed up for a recurring service. It has been a nightmare to cancel. I have had to dispute 2 charges before I was finally contacted by the company. There is no place to cancel on line. My only choices were to skip and reschedule. I finally received confirmation of cancelation today (7/08/2019). They offered to refund 50% of today's service. I told them this was unacceptableI as I never requested the service to begin with. I will never use this company again

    I hired them last year. I do not know for what reason. The workers only show up a 30-40 minutes for a 2 hours job. The pine needles they clean are only a partial area . Most houses in the area are empty, and we are living full time. In the end of years, the billing they gave us is really shocking. They said they did some extra jobs (which we have not noticed or been notified before the job)
