"He showed up promptly at 8 am. Came in, took a look at the water damage, and the drain hole in the balcony. He provoded me with some insight on how the works usually go and what to expect. I am going to try one of his suggestions to quickly fix the leak, but of that did not work, i will need a more drastic fix."

"Excellent workmanship, excellent service, showed up on time, did work as expected and during time expected. Going to hire for more work!"

"Jose was very professional and completed the exterior door adjustment in a timely manner."

"Elvis is a very solid guy. Very knowledgeable technically, competent, efficient and thorough. He was able to locate and repair a previous imperfect installation by another repairman, so now the doorbell works very well. Elvis is also very personable with a very friendly, pleasant and reassuring manner. He explained everything very carefully and in detail. We went over all of the options. The work was done very well, very successfully, and was of excellent quality. The job was also very reasonably priced. I am highly satisfied. I would highly recommend Elvis to anyone needing electrical repair work and installations."

"Mr. Santos did an excellent job and finished it fast. He always responded and kept to his promises. He went beyond what was expected to do a quality job. I will definitely hire him again for future projects. I have never had a construction project go so smoothly."

"Jose was friendly and professional. My job was not considered large by any means (re-hanging a gate) but he completed it in short order and cleaned up after himself. I really appreciated the fact he wanted to insure I was satisfied with the work because he needed to cut an inch off of the gate.....which I was. I would certainly call him again."

"The job was done with excellent skill and during the time I was able to schedule. All the workers were pleasant and thorough. I am very happy with the results and will hire again. Thank you Ace!"
