I live in an area, where the fire demands brush clearance. Weed clearance/brush clearance, it's the same thing. The fire department demands that you do it, if you don't do it, they will do it and then they charge you thousands of dollars. They always come out in May, because the deadline is June 1st. This year the weeds were so high that it cost more than it usually does. This year, it cost $800. I'm loyal to people I like. He does good work. He charges the same price every year, unless the weeds have grown too high. I trust him. I would rather leave the price grade out, because I haven't really compared his price to any one else. He gets an A for everything.

He's always been prompt. He does exactly what we ask. When he's finished, he asks us to go around and check and if we want him to do a little bit extra, he does. He's very courteous, he always smiles and he's very helpful. He's a good person. I have not shopped around and I don't know the current rates, so I gave price a "B".
