One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."

Also, Evan was the only bidder that brought up drainage and how best to manage it. Changes to my original plan were discussed and we both agreed on the additional cost of what I wanted before any work was done. I learned a lot from the experience and believe I got what I really needed, not just what I had originally thought. Evan’s experience and ability to communicate were key to getting a great project.
