"Job started on a Friday and extended into Monday due to difficulty of digging fence posts in rocky terrain. In addition, the gate ordered for the front was the wrong color. Later in the day, a new gate was fabricated and delivered but it was the wrong size. Unfortunately the job was not completed until Monday which meant we had no gate to secure our property over the weekend. Our job supervisor and his entire team were kind and professional. Would recommend even though there were some disappointing issues. No contractor is perfect every day."

He returns calls promptly and also responds to emails fast, His company did not do all the work but he found good subcontractors to complete the work that his own staff does not do. The quality of the work is very good and the schedule/cost changed mainly because I changed the quantity and type of work that was done as the project progressed. The scope and cost is tracked using work orders and change orders which I am used to doing in my own line of work as a civil engineer. You have to be ready to make your decisions as and when they need to be made and make selections at stores promptly so that you do not hold up the progress of the work. I went to Arizona Tile to buy the tile and granite because I found them to be the best in terms of price and schedule."
