"Do not lend any of your tools to the workers from this company. They will keep them. And when you query the sales rep about it, you have to remind him who you are, what work they did for you, and always says I will look into but never does. They fixed 3 cracks on my Corian countertop on June 16, 2020. Part of the process of fixing the cracks is to use a resin/glue and waiting for it dry. It was 2 pm after 4-6 hours already from prepping cracks. So I offered my heat gun. It worked great, but I forgot about it until I needed it weeks after the work was completed and remembered I lent it to them. Customer Service: -1 star - For lying about looking into **it**. -1 star - For leaving with a homeowner tool you should already have. -1 star - For providing NO feedback. Update: 10/28/2020 Got a call from Stephanie who called to apologize and bought and shipped a new heat gun. That is service!!! Thanks."

"Painters were on time and worked hard every day. Complaints: Both guys smoked and because my windows were open, I could smell it inside. They brought their own "Boom Box" and played heavy metal type music loudly. It made me dizzy and I'm sure the neighbors didn't appreciate it either. It has been two weeks now and I am beginning to see some flaws especially on the doors. Other than that, my house looks amazing!"
