Sam was very responsive to my schedule and requirements. The original spa dealer wrote my job off as a lost cause, which would have meant thousands even to remove it. Sam examined it, requested a week's break to return, and fixed it quickly for an extremely reasonable and affordable price. Highl;y recommended!!!
