Responded to contact quickly and kept me informed of timing. Quickly, effectively and correctly diagnosed the problem. Spa running perfectly now.

Sam was very personable, knowledgable, and efficient . He diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and returned a few days later and everything is functioning beautifully! We would call him again if needed without hesitation and highly recommend him for any spa repair or services.

They sent me Sam, and the result was a completed quality job at half the price of the competitor's estimate. Sam is THE BEST!!

sam was amazing. After trying other companies who did not even called me back, Sam called within 24hrs, was able to get me an appointment for an estimate within 2 weeks (this is very hard in the summer for a spa...). He found the problem right away and recommended an alternate solution less costly to fix it than using manufacturer parts. He was always very courteous, on time each time and communicated very well. He is now our favorite spa repair company.

I found Sam through this site. I had had several companies out to repair the spa, and no one had a clue what the problem was. Sam was able to diagnose the problem, which was challenging given the age of my in-ground tiled spa. In addition to his knowledge, he was a joy to work with. He showed up when he said he would, was friendly, helpful, on time, reliable, and I would highly recommend him.

Many of the companies did not respond to my e mail. One wanted $125 for an estimate. Donald Baker call me back next day came out for estimate a day later. Their estimate was thousands less then two that I did get and I was up and running in a week with a all new controller. Sam was nice informative and professional. I do not think you can find a better company. Thank you!

Nice on time good at what he does

Sam, the owner/operator, responded quickly and booked me as soon as he could with his busy schedule. He took care of everything he could and recommended another professional for additional work. The second contractor was equally prompt and professional.

Sam did a diagnostic to figure out what the problem was, came back with the parts a few days later. Repair seems to be 100% spot on , no mistakes, no surprises. Will contract with him for all my SPA repair in the future. Highly recommend this company and repair service A++

This guy came over, he spent all the time I needed answered every question I had and showed me how to use my jacuzzi properly. This kid was patient and was good at what he does

I had to rate the quality of svc because the site wouldn't let me advance unless I did so--but--he did not actually perform any work for me because my usual handyman was able to fix the electrical issue I was going to have Don fix. However, he will be my first call if I ever need anything repaired on my spa--he called me immediately after the referral was made through HA and was available to come ASAP and we had an appointment arranged right away. Really seemed kind and genuine and also to know what he was doing! Simply based upon my interaction with him telephonically I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and customer service e--he was "hired" by me to do the work but in the end I got the problem dealt with before he could come out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Don and his company!!!
