"I truly regret hiring HavenHub for my backyard project. After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."

I have just recently started R.A.M. Structural concrete, but have almost 20 years experience. I work along side some of the bests concrete guys I have ever worked with, who all have 25+ years experience. We can complete any concrete project with out a problem but specialize in building concrete structures. We also do a lot of stamped concrete, we are very good at what we do because we love doing it.

"Ryan and his crew were 100% professional. He arrived on time (maybe a few minutes early). The concrete was poured exactly the way I wanted, however, after a rain, a low spot was identified. Ryan cut a slot from the low spot to the drain. all working good now. The cover was installed quickly and it looked just like the plans I drew up."

No, you cannot permanently seal concrete. The porous nature of concrete means that it’s always vulnerable to water intrusion and staining, even under the best sealants. Although some concrete sealing products can last for a long time, a genuinely permanent concrete seal remains elusive.

Yes, you can paint a flagstone patio, but ensure you choose a durable latex paint specifically designed for outdoor use and heavy foot traffic. An elastomeric latex paint will fill in all the gaps and create a waterproof seal over the stone.
