He never finished my kitchen remodel. After paying him 92% of the kitchen remodel and posted it on yelp saying 1-7 days..it?s been 2 months. Very disrespectful and leaving my house a mess every time. He also put tile up that doesn?t match without showing me the sample in my house. I said yes to the pic of the tile but would?ve like to see a sample in my house before he put it up. Now that?s gonna cost me more money.

"This is a very unfortunate review. I have been in business for over 15 years. My other company San Diego Security Doors has tons of positive reviews. Although I would disagree with this customers review, they are entitled to say what they want. The home was over 90% complete and I walked away from more than 50% of my pay. Our intentions are always customer satisfaction but unfortunately we failed to hit our marks on this one. We will strive to improve."

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
I needed a security screen door for my home and John custom made one in August 2021. Unfortunately the powder coat didn’t last and John came out and removed the door and sent it out to a different vendor to be redone at no cost to me. A couple years later some damage was done to the door and he repaired it on site at no cost to me. I would definitely hire him to do other work for me.
