"Bob Thompson is a man of his word. he met with my mother and I to talk about a small job to replace the (very steep) stairs into my mom's mobile home with a more gradual (i.e., shorter risers) set of stairs, less prone to cause falls for my 88 year old mother. He already had several jobs going and I know he didn't really want the hassle of our little job, but he came through for us with flying colors. And what a high quality job it was too! The new stairs are a work of art; very sturdy and lovely to look at. Bob and his crew are perfectionists and the job far exceeded our expectations. His crew members that worked on the job (Justin and John) were excellent too. They always showed up on time, were very polite and did excellent work, leaving the job neat and tidy each day.
