Provider called ahead, as promised, to give us time to meet them at home.  The technician was prompt, professional, courteous, and personable.  He explained what needed to be done, and where there were options, what our options were and the costs.  Of the $1118 total bill, approx. $700 was for parts/tax and the balance was for labor/service.  The work took the technician about an hour and 20 minutes.

"Fast and efficient (2 hours for 5 rooms and a hallway) from scheduling the appointment to getting the work done. Drying time is supposed to be just 2 hours, more for heavily soiled areas. The stains seem to be all gone."
