Great experience overall. Everlasting Surfaces had a good selection of granite and quartz remnants. We visited the showroom twice to pick out a remnant and provide a hand sketch of the fabrication needed to accommodate the vanity and sink. Everlasting coordinated with our contractor directly making it very convenient. I quoted with two other fabricators and Everlasting had better selection of remnants and a better price.

Met Ali (the owner) at the showroom and was very impressed by her knowledge, patience and willingness to work with my fussiness. The showroom has just about anything you want as far as kitchen upgrades. The sample kitchens were a plus so that I could see what things would look like once installed. I brought in a cupboard door and floor tile so we could match. Ali took me out to the back and showed me some gorgeous Bordueax which was far superior to any that I had seen anywhere else. I took my husband the next weekend and he was impressed as well. The price was a fair one compared to other places we had been to. The installation itself was relatively painless as we had emptied the lower drawers. As advertised, they had a one day tear out and install, once the existing counters were demolished and they had time to make a template. Mess was kept to a minimum and the counters look beautiful. The only problem is that now I want new cabinets and appliances as well.

We had some communication problems with salesman and the estimates, but we met with the owner, she satisfied our concerns and it all worked out. We are very happy with the work that both the fabricator and installation team did. They tore out our tile countertops and installed the new granite all in one day. They were very careful not to damage any of the cabinetry or flooring. Considering they type of work performed, there was a minimum of dust and residue. Their work is absolutely top notched. In the end the granite looks beautiful and the workmanship is excellent! Having seen other friend's granite work as compared to ours, I would only use Everlasting Marble and Granite for any granite work.

Installer came to do template and was really messy. Hot glue everywhere. 2 weeks later new counters arrived. Same day trip and and install which was a plus. Overall happy with product. There was no follow up by sales staff and company requires close to 50 % down before work. Down payment, another fee for the template and remainder on install. Tile selection on site OK if you want the standard stone all the model homes are getting. I went with someone else for tile work. Installer was 5 hours late on day of install. Sent to do another job even though I was told I'd be first. So install went past 6 pm.

"IN RESPONSE TO THE MEMBERS COMMENTS, YES, A GLUE GUN IS USED IN ORDER TO MAKE A WOODEN TEMPLATE OF THE COUNTER TOPS. THE TEMPLATE TECHNICIAN DOES NOT CLEAN UP THE GLUE LEFT ON THE PLYWOOD AS THE GRANITE COUNTER TOP WILL JUST SIT RIGHT ON IT SO THERE IS NO NEED FOR CLEAN UP. THE MEMBER WAS AWARE THAT SHE WAS GOING TO BE INSTALLED SECOND AS WE ALWAYS CONTACT OUR CLIENTS THE DAY BEFORE AND GIVE THEN A 2 HOUR WINDOW FOR THE INSTALLERS TO COME OUT TO THE HOME. SHE MAY HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED FIRST IN THE BEGINNING, BUT SCHEDULES CHANGE EVERYDAY AS FAR AS HOURS GO, BUT WE ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME. EVERLASTING MARBLE & GRANITE HAS AN 8,000 SQ.FT. SHOWROOM WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL SELECTION OF TILE. EVERYTHING WE HAVE IS TRULY UNIQUE AND NOTHING YOU WILL EVER FIND IN A MODEL HOME. THE OWNER GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO FIND UNIQUE TILE LINES THAT ARE NOT FEATURED ANYWHERE ELSE. THE MEMBER'S INSTALL WAS ON APRIL 4, 2007 SO WE ARE SHOCKED TO GET THIS RATING FROM HER OVER A MONTH LATER AS SHE NEVER CALLED THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN. THANK YOU."

We hired Everlasting Granite to put a granite countertop in our kitchen. They were very good & we were pleased with the job. The men were very quick, efficient, & really knew what they were doing. We were pleased with the price, as it was very reasonable. We would recommend this company to our friends & family, as they were very professional.
