"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

In other words- we rely on the power of our equipment instead of harsh chemicals. Don’t worry if your carpet is extremely soiled. Most carpets will clean up just fine with our vegetable based cleaning agents, which we always use first. If needed, we have stronger cleaning agents available. I told the man where it was still a problem and he set up three noisy blowers without wiping up remaining puddles first. He told me he would return between ten and eleven next day. When he didn't I phoned the office and they said it wasn't scheduled but they let me shut off the noisy blowers. After several calls they came about 2PM. I hate to think what my electricity bill will be. They billed my insurance company since I had a claim #."
