Hi, I’m Corey a construction professional with 15 years of hands-on experience in the trades, serving the Carmel and Monterey Peninsula area.\n\nWhether you need a full renovation managed start to finish, a concrete patio poured, a fence built, or just a honey-do list knocked out, I show up, I do the work right, and I treat your home with the same care I’d give my own.\n\nMy background spans general contracting, concrete and flatwork, carpentry, framing, finish work, decks, and outdoor living — but honestly, no job is too small. I’m just as happy hanging pictures or fixing a door as I am running a larger project.\n\nI’m local, reliable, and genuinely love what I do. If you’ve got something that needs to get done, let’s talk.

"Luis did a fantastic job on two wool carpets that had pomegranate and pet stains on them. He had them perfectly cleaned, dried and back into my home within less than 24 hours. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and I plan to have him back to do the others carpets as well as to clean my windows."

"AAC did a fantastic job- the best I've ever had by a window cleaner. Not just the window glass is crystal clear, but also the screens, tracks and seals are spotless. The screens look brand new. In addition to the windows, they cleaned the gutters and repaired several leaking corners. I liked that they cleaned the gutters and screens without using water, which is environmentally friendly and less mess in my yard. AAC gave me a quote and performed the work the same day I posted the request for a quote. I appreciated the responsiveness. They communicated clearly, were friendly, hardworking and completely cleaned up after they were finished. I was 100% satisfied."

"Very service oriented and tried their best with our windows and skylights. However we live close to the beach and under pine trees which is a special challenge. The windows turned out very nicely, however the skylights stayed murky, even though they came back once to fix the problem."
