"I got the window cleaning service done from Albert from company "All about cleaning Windows and Gutters". We chatter for about 15 minutes by exchanging messages on 18th Nov 2023. I told my requirement which was to clean about 25 windows in outside only, and the windows are located in 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of our house. He was quick and gave me an offer. We negotioted the price and he agreed for $400. The best part, is told he will come at 9:00AM on 21st November and did better. On the day he was scheduled, he came about 1 hour earlier which helped me to show all the windows and the work which needs to be done. I could go to work after that. Please understand, we bought this house in April 2022 and I am sure these windows were not cleaned for more than 2 years and this task was pending for a long time on my list. I loved his prompt attention to take care of the job, he not only came early and agreed to what I asked, but he agreed to clean another 4 big windows internal for $50 extra. He has worked on these windows for more than 3 hours and it was a wonderful job. I looked at the windows after I came back from work, and I could clearly see through the windows, all the 25 windows were cleaned, and were very clean. I would definitely take his help for other works which might be needed in the future in my house. If you need window cleaning service, please do not hesitate to call this company and check out their quote. I am sure, you will definitely love his work. Albert, Thank for your help and awesome service! Sreenivasa"

"I called on Thursday and talked with the owner, Chris. He gave me an estimate over the phone for cleaning my gutters and windows based on the square footage of my house and said it would take about 3 hours. I happily made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8am. Chris and his crew arrived early. All were professional and courteous. After confirming the agreed upon services, they got started right away and spent the first couple of hours outside. Then they took their shoes off and came inside to clean the inside of the windows. When they were all done I was presented with an invoice for the agreed upon amount per our original phone call. My gutters were filled with a lot of gunk, apparently they may not have been cleaned for a number of years. Chris said it took 2 hours to clean them when normally it would take an hour. And I have a lot of windows. I was very pleased that the invoice agreed to the estimate I received on the phone. After they left, I found that one of the window screens wasn't seated correctly in the window, and my green waste bin had been moved and filled with the gutter junk, making it too heavy for me to move back. I called Chris and he had his crew come back in the afternoon to fix the screen and they took the green waste bin out to the street for me. Overall it was a great experience and I will use them again!"

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, you should plan on being home when a window cleaner is cleaning your windows. The professional will clean both sides of the glass and will likely disassemble parts of your windows from the inside to clean and inspect the inner components, including the balances and weatherstripping. Much of this work requires interior access to your home, which means someone will need to be home to provide access to the window cleaner.

Professionals use advanced, eco-friendly products that ensure effective yet safe cleaning.

Mold on windows forms due to excess moisture from condensation, poor ventilation, or leaks. Cold glass surfaces can attract condensation, especially in winter. High indoor humidity, lack of airflow, or dust accumulation are also contributors. To prevent mold growth, improve ventilation, regularly clean sills, and consider using a dehumidifier or sealing any leaks.

Clean regularly and inspect seals for wear. Replace damaged parts promptly to maintain effectiveness.

Well water can leave ugly marks on your window. A vinegar-water spray will remove most well water stains from your windows. However, you can also use a baking soda paste if the stain is too stubborn. Consider applying waterproofing protection to the glass surface after cleaning for long-term protection. A protective film or spray layer also makes it easier to remove the water stains next time.
