Pablo showed up and replaced not only the screen, but also repaired the door rollers and two windows, one of which required a new frame. There's no such thing as a custom frame, almost all of the have to be built to fit. Pablo took care of all of that in under two hours. Great warranty and excellent service. Quality repairs. Cons: none David came to my property on May 2nd to provide me with a quote for window screens and window screen-frames. He was scheduled to arrive at 10am, which is the exact time he showed up. He did not hesitate to ask for a tour of the property to assess the amount of work involved. During this time, David kindly educated me on window screens and shared with me why he believed his product is far superior to many of the standard window screen-frames we see today. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules.
