Windows are scratched from their attempt to remove spots. They must have used a really sharp tool to do so. I have not yet called them but will do so tomorrow. Not at all happy with that part of the service.

Everything was fine except for the fact that I didn't know when you count your windows. Each window counts as two if they open. So my bill was higher than my quote. Quality of work was very good.
