He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "The work was done promptly. He used materials (gravel ) without asking permission and damaged the side of the stairs he had to move. I personally would have liked him to tell me he had damaged something and asked permission to use something before doing so. He was friendly, polite, finished the job when he said he would and for the quoted price. I like someone who will put the things they move to do the job, back as they found it. I'm frustrated with this contractor because they didn't address issues with the ramp they recently installed for me. Even though the ramp is still quite new, I noticed it showing signs of weakness and sinking into the ground just a few weeks after installation. I made it clear that I needed a sturdy ramp and was disappointed that he didn't mention any problems during the job. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and asking for a proper fix, he gave excuses and didn't resolve the issue. Now, I'm thinking about reaching out to them again to deal with this ongoing problem."
