"The Mop Riders crew has been cleaning my home monthly for several years. They have also done several deep cleanings. During our recent remodel, they have been coming weekly and even did 2 emergency cleanings. They are amazing every time! The team members are professional and courteous, and I am always happy with the results. If we need special focus on anything we just let Laura know in advance, or tell the crew if we are home when they arrive, and they take care of it. On the rare occasions when something was missed over the years, Laura offered to come fix it immediately. I really appreciate the way Laura manages her business, and she hires great people. Jonathan was an excellent communicator. He understood the project, bringing up elements I had not thought of. He came to the site twice before doing the job, once to see the project, a second time to make sure the finish would not be adversely affected by the product. He researched the use of the product on metal handles as well. Each time he was prompt, pleasant, and made intelligent suggestions. He and his assistant Maria did a thorough job.
