Oasis Turf & Hardscape

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Our experience with Oasis went from great to a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Wrong brick samples, wrong materials, installation mistakes, and a crew ignoring the agreed design. We had to stop the job to prevent mistakes and bought our own drain covers. The finished work has loose turf, HORRIBLE visible seams, and chipped/rough paver cuts. We were promised repairs, but waited over TWO MONTHS. Our $4,000 down payment was mishandled. We were told to Zelle it, but Jason never told financing, so we were charged the project amount and had to fix it ourselves. Update 9/21/26: We gave them another chance to fix everything. BIG MISTAKE. They made it WORSE. Owner Nick called the chipped/glued pavers an ?industry standard repair? after saying they would be replaced. The turf seams are STILL terrible. The yard looks okay from a distance, but the poor workmanship is obvious. We planned to hire Oasis again. NEVER AGAIN. Neighbors asked who did our yard, and I told them to LOOK ELSEWHERE.!

From the first initial contact with Jay Schmidt (my designer) the process was fast, smooth, and efficient. The hardest part was getting approval from my HOA; and surprisingly that process only took 2 days because of the professionalism that he possesses (which is unheard of). We agreed on the project; found out the property line was not where we thought it was, so I had 2 change orders before the turf install even began. All was handled smoothly and efficiently. When the project started and the workers rolled in with all of their equipment it was impressive. The 4 main workers lead by Luis (team lead) and Jose (project manager) were so hard working they promptly started at 8 am and put in 2 full days of hard working labor. I was so impressed with the professionalism and dedication the entire team showed. If you’re considering turf for your business or home OASIS TURF & HARDSCAPE IS the company you NEED.

Good service

I had a great experience with Oasis Turf & Hardscape from start to finish. Bryan came out, took the time to explain everything clearly, and worked with us to come up with a plan that fit exactly what we were looking for. He also helped guide us through the financing process, which made everything much easier. Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on the installation. They were professional, hardworking, and paid attention to the details. The transformation is incredible—our yard looks absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Oasis Turf & Hardscape if you’re looking for quality work and a team that truly cares about the end result.

I had a great experience with Bryan and his crew from Oasis Turf & Hardscape. They installed turf and concrete in my backyard and completed everything in about three days, exactly as promised. The quality of the work came out excellent—everything looks clean, professional, and well done. The process was smooth from start to finish, with no issues or delays, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, the finished product is perfect for my dogs. The space is now much more functional, low-maintenance, and looks great overall. I’ll definitely be working with Bryan and his crew again soon to finish the other half of my backyard. Highly recommend Oasis Turf & Hardscape if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality work.

Bryan helped us get set with some concrete, stepping stones, a driveway extension, and a retaining wall to get our new construction backyard looking the way we want. We're grateful for a team that doesn't push unnecessary upsells and does excellent work. Highly recommend!

Professional service, was super easy and straight forward throughout the whole process. Jay helped me dial in exactly what I wanted and was able to provide an exact price for me on the day of the consultation.

You should definitely have Jay at Oasis give you an estimate for your project – even if you’re not sure what you want. We only had a general idea and frankly needed some expert input & direction for ours. Jay provided it – he knows what he’s doing, folks. Here’s what you should expect. • Jay and his son Sean were on time, professional, and personable – pic below. • Sean quietly used a tablet to prep an on-the-spot design drawing with cost estimate as we walked our yard with Jay to flesh out the project. The design and estimate updated dynamically, real-time & with measurements, as we added and changed things. Amazing! • Jay left us with a full design drawing and estimate along with his personal contact information. Follow up text, phone, and email communications with Jay were easy and he responded rapidly to questions and design changes. • He helped us with subsequent design changes and we had updated drawings and cost estimates within a few hours at most (understandably, no chan

We had an outstanding experience with Oasis Turf & Hardscape from start to finish. Sean and Jay were incredible on the design side. They really listened to what we wanted, not just structurally but aesthetically, and helped us think through how the retaining wall would shape the entire pool area. Their vision turned what could have been just a wall into a true backdrop that elevates our outdoor living space. Frank, our Crew Lead, ran a tight ship. His team was professional, punctual, and meticulous. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. The block retaining wall around our pool came out clean, solid, and beautifully finished. The pillars and integrated lighting were a huge upgrade. When the sun goes down, the space completely transforms. It extends our evenings and creates an incredible atmosphere for entertaining. Steven, Silva, and Dakota did a fantastic job managing the project. Communication was clear throughout and timelines were respected.

Everything Jason assured us would happen did. The turf came out great. Highly recommend.

Still in progress but great job

JAY AND Sean were very professional. They arrived on time and called ahead. They offered suggestions as to what might have caused the leak under the turf, recommended different ways to go about fixing the situation and suggested ways to repair the turf--if need be.

can not rate them because project is not completed

The whole team was respectful of my property and cleaned up every day before leaving that meant a lot to me. Highly recommend.

I had them add a patio cover and now I can actually enjoy being outside without melting in the sun. The structure feels solid and looks great too.

The turf installation was quick, clean, and professional. My water bill’s already dropped and the yard still looks perfectly green.

I got turf and cement work done at the same time and both look amazing. My neighbors keep asking who did it because it looks like a brand-new property.
