"This was another pro service that was offered to me and they were initially quick to respond and set up an appointment time however the day of when we were supposed to meet at 2:00 p.m. I still hadn't gotten any work from them by 2:30 and I waited another 15 minutes until 2:45 and by that time had to leave. They then called me stating that they were running behind and we're just finishing up and would probably get to my place in another 30 to 40 minutes. At this point I already needed to leave as I had other work to do for the day and couldn't return back to let them into the house for the cleaning. Again was disappointed with the lack of communication as this should have been stated well before I reached out to make sure that the appointment time was correct. If there needed to be a pushback of the appointment time then I would have appreciated being told that beforehand as I was waiting in an empty house for 45 minutes longer than I should have."

"It did not go well at all!! I needed to have a house I just bought and had just been painted and cleaned for my arrival the next day 2/5/25. I contacted some of the referrals from Angi. I chose Davina Home Services. Javier agreed his team would clean the morning of 2/4/25. The cost was $250 and he would call me for credit card payment when they were done. They only needed to vacuum, clean the floors, clean bathrooms, clean behind the refrigerator, and wipe out cabinets. They did not need to clean the outside of cabinets, walls, or baseboards as they were freshly painted. Also, they were to clean ceiling fans and leave on the master bedroom and living room fans. They were also to sweep the garage. Javier called me and said his team was done and they left the ceiling fans on as I had asked and did all the cleaning. I paid him over the phone with my credit card $250. When I arrived the next day, it was clear Javier had not been there to check his team's work. The cabinets still had some debris in them, the floor was still dirty, the stovetop and counters were still dusty, the fridge was not cleaned behind and garage was not swept, and the ceiling fan was not left on as Javier told me it was. I took pictures and texted them to Javier. I let him know I was not satisfied with the work and requested a $100 refund. He never offered to come out to check his team's work or to send them out to finish the work. He said his team had pictures of what they did but never sent me copies. I told him I was contacting Angi and he said he already did and was waiting to hear what you guys wanted him to do. I have contacted Javier several times and have not heard back!"

"I made big mistake by hiring Danny Nicholas (America's Roofing & Seal Coating - Unlicensed Contractor) to paint my house. He just ruined my house completely 1. Rooms/walls painted unevenly, lighter at one area and darker in others, with old paint clearly visible in so many areas throughout the house 2. Doors/shelves either not painted at all or there are others that are unevenly painted 3. Used wrong type of paint on wooden surfaces - kitchen cabinets, stair case, doors and baseboards - and as a result the paint started peeling off within days 4. Paint splattered throughout the house - paint stains on carpets, tile floors and other areas. 5. Initially when we pointed some of these problems, he said he would fix them and clean the splatters - but when we notified of the issues with wood surfaces peeling off paint, he simply absconded/stopped taking phone calls with all the money taken 6. Ruined my house completely - needed to look for another contractor to fix the problems"
