"I had mistakenly shut the door to the bedroom, locking it in the process. The previous owner had installed a keyed lock and did not provide the keys to it. Larry answered the phone on Sunday morning and was at the house 30 minutes later. It took him under a minute to unlock the door. Fast service! I will use this company again."

"Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience."

"John was early for the appointment. He got the work done quickly and all went well. He was friendly and professional. i plan to have him back in the near futures to install more dimmer switches and to replace a bathroom cabinet."

"L& M was referred to us by our remodel contractor. Another landscape contractor had started work mid summer but had not completed by late October. Paver work completed was substandard. L & M stepped in at a fair price, redoing pavers and installing lighting and extending main irrigation. Responsive, capable, a pleasure to have around our property. Beautiful work. The best!"

"It was the owner who came out and he was fantastic. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it . He was quick and made everything work perfectly. He was also very pleasant to speak with and explained things when I had a question. If I ever need a home theater installed this is the person I want to do the work. I am a film producer and would hire him to work with me anytime."
