They had to first remove the old concrete and rebar, spread sand evenly, install the pavers, and put sand in the cracks. Everything looked beautiful when they finished and they cleaned up the area very well. Mario is a very skilled craftsman who oversees the work and also does some of it himself. "I expected a price adjustment due to the drastic change is scope of work and was surprised to be billed $900...well over 50% of the original agreed upon amount. I would have rather paid the original amount and had the original work done to get the guarantee of fix, but was told the caulking was all that was needed to fix the problem. I agreed to pay $600 to make the whole thing go away, which is far, far too much money for the work that was done. Now, It's been 3 weeks since the work has been done. Got a good rainstorm today...and the windows still leak. No guarantee, paid a ton of money, and right back where I started originally. I guess I learned a very, very expensive lesson."

However, after talking with thw owner, Ceasar, I decided to move forward on a project to add pavers to my backyard and it turned out amazing. They even used some excess dirt to level out one area of my yard, no extra charge. My wife and I have decided to use LPARADISE in future projects this year; we were so happy with the work that we even decided to add some projects around the yard, front and back.
