"Teresa called me the very next morning after I went on Home Advisor. She asked about my request since I checked bi-weekly instead of bi-monthly. I was very impressed that she wanted all the facts straight. OOoops. Twice a MONTH please. We set the date for later the next week. She asked about what kind of floors I have, and she provides the cleaning supplies. We decided she would start with a deep clean of the kitchen first since she was by herself this time, and then plan a routine after two months or 4 trips. I was very impressed with how my kitchen looked AND with Teresa's professionalism !"

"Scheduled first cleaning day and they never showed. Todd called later in the day and set up another day. Cleaning was adequate but not as good as I used to clean."
