"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Apart from the first call, all other interactions with Evolution Drafting were a bait & switch. From the appt. date for site tech to measure my home, to the experience and skill set of the tech that was sent, to the lack of communication, the experience was awful. Deadlines were not met, no explanation or apology given; only excuses and partial/incorrect work was sent, seemingly in an attempt to appease me. When I did finally receive the initial two drafts of the "as-is" drawing, they had not even captured the exterior deck and facade (windows, doors, garage, etc.) at all, and this was noted from the beginning as the primary scope of work and primary reason for hiring them. Further, nearly every dimension in the "as-is" drawings that they sent me, was incorrect. Existing doors, walls, windows were missing in two iterations of the as-is drawings; delaying the ability to share the concept and desired renovation scopes until there was a correct baseline. The deposit paid was a complete waste as I waited 3+ weeks for the site tech's visit, then the drawings did not start until 3 days before the next milestone set was due to me. In checking dimensions like the length of my existing kitchen, placement of the main entry door to the home, etc., I found all of them to be incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest, did not pay their site tech vendor on-time, causing him to contact me with threats of leaning the project before we even had drawings to submit to the city and the management and project coordinators made promises that they did not even attempt to keep or follow-up on promised communications."

Sends his crew 2 days out of every 7. Ask's for 60% down payment and then will ask for more money before job is completed. Told me multiple times that he was bringing counter tops from Tucson then would show up empty handed, then told me the company has stopped returning his phone calls. His crew does sloppy work however he never checks on them from day to day. 3 months my side yard was left a huge mess; cigarette butts dropped by his crew, cut tile, wet cement, dry wall leaning against my house, tools, trash. Had to completely rip out the first shower that was built because of sloppy workmanship and leaking floor. Save yourself nightmares and headaches....DONT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! He is dishonest, does not meet deadlines, his workmanship is below standard. ROC, BBB had to get involved for resolutions."
