I can not say enough great things about Hackney's Heating & Cooling LLC! Drew Hackney came highly recommended to me today by at least 5 different people and I can see why! He's amazing and I am so appreciative to him getting out to my mothers house today. She's all the way out in Maricopa and a few companies that I reached out to didn't even service out there. Her house was close to 90 degrees which is scary when you're in your 70's this time of year. She is now happily sitting in a cool home. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Drew went above and beyond to take care of my HVAC problem. He got to the bottom of the issue and spent extra time to resolve it. The company has EXCELLENT customer service; I spoke to Sherry on several occasions and she was very helpful. I received great value for the money and they were very competitive on their estimate and the warranties are fantastic. I decided to go with her HACNNEY, INC and having been very, very satisfied with the service, the work and the technicians.

Showed up for the quote when promised. Provided professional, competitive bid. I had a tight time window, and they completed the job the next day before noon. Took care of applicable rebates. Provided all warranty information. Followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

There were a couple of issues that were taken care of. The staff once they got started they were very professional and efficient.

"Hi, we truly appreciate your business. To clarify, the issues were getting access to your home. Your home is located in a gated community with a security guard. You informed us that we were put on the list for approval at the guard gate. You also scheduled the installation to take place while you were in Chicago and the security guards would not let our crew in and had to contact you to get your approval and that delayed us from getting access. Then there was a delay waiting for someone else you arranged to open up the house for our installation crew. Once we had access, the installation went smooth as you efficient as you stated. Thank you gain for the feedback."

i highly recommend Hackney. Drew answered all my questions and gave a firm quote over the phone, something most other companies would not do. Drew and his crew arrived on time and completed the project as agreed upon and to my complete satisfaction. He was able to schedule the project immediately, which with the 120 temperatures just days away, was an added plus. This was by far, the best experience on a project I have done to date.
