"This wasn’t my first phone call. My first phone call I was greeted by a nice and professional receptionist who made an appointment to get a free estimate. When Ivan called, the first question he asked me was what year my house was built when I explained I wanted old popcorn ceiling removed. I was very impressed since I had read homes built in the 80s were needing to be tested for asbestos prior to popcorn removal and we had that done already. Thankfully our home was asbestos free. The knowledge shown from the first sentence and I was sold! They were on time and finished the same day as we needed. The job was labor intensive and my appreciation and thanks to the two employees who worked hard and did an absolutely amazing job. I’m sorry I did not take any before and after photos. I will be using this company again!"

"I called Rio Rich Excavating LLC for an estimate on cleaning up and re-grading the backyard lot, which was left in a disastrous mess by another contractor (Handy Manny). After comparing the available contractors, I called Rio Rich Excavating LLC. I left a message and soon after I received a prompt return call and thus was able to set up an appointment for the same day with Hector, the owner of the company. Hector was very understanding and respectful of my predicament and time constraints. The project included re-grading, some tree stumps pulled and river rock put back in place. The team assigned to the project did an excellent job. They were very prompt on the appointed date. Throughout the entire project, the team members were professional, respectful, and communicative. A more hardworking and diligent crew is hard to come by. I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend their services.
