Small jobs welcome

"Noah and his team have been exceptional! Noah is a great communicator, timely, efficient, professional and very skilled! He has assembled furniture, completed drywall, paint, plumbing, and electrical work, hauled cardboard boxes to be recycled, and has performed numerous household tasks for me. He is affordable, accommodating, reliable, and trustworthy. Living 2 hours away from my second home, I completely trust him to get the work done and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Noah!"

"Perfect Ten Deck and Tree tackled a pretty extensive job I hired them to do, trimming and thinning out several trees to allow for healthier growth and to abate fire risk and the rising insurance rates going on. The jobs done professionally, on time and consciously. I would definitely recommend Perfect Ten (Nick and crew) and would hire them again. Oh, in fact, I did! They also repaired a leaky area on my roof without a problem and beat the pending storms, it’s already endured a monsoon or two and pounding rain, what a relief. Glad I found them!"

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

A few potential problems can cause your gas grill to stop working:

  • Burners aren’t properly aligned.

  • Food debris is clogging the burners.

  • Hose connections may be blocked.

  • Burners may not be getting enough gas.

  • Gas valve is not working properly.

If you’re experiencing any of those problems with your gas grill, hire a local grill repair professional to inspect your grill for issues and implement a plan to resolve them.

Yes, you can lay a gas grill flat during transportation. Laying it flat can help prevent it from moving around the truck during the journey. It’s still advisable to secure the grill with bungee cords, just in case.

While it’s possible to repair minor grill issues like replacing a burner, more serious issues are clear indicators that you need to replace the entire unit. A few signs that your gas grill may be at the end of its life span and it’s time to consider replacing it include:

  • Rusty or cracked firebox

  • Weak, yellow, or uneven flames

  • Flaking, cracking grates

  • Leaking or cracked propane hoses

  • Failing igniter

  • Heavy buildup of grease

Depending on the appliance and labor requirements, costs range from $150 to $500.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.
