Our billing procedures vary depending on the size and duration of the job, for smaller one to two day jobs we provide an estimate before starting work once you have approved we then complete the work and will present a bill that is due upon completion. Larger and longer duration jobs we again will provide an estimate beforehand but will require a 30% down payment then at an agreed upon point such as half completion we may require a second 30% payment with the balance being due upon completion.
