I approached him on June21,2013 and informed him I would take him to court. His reply I would not get anything from him, if I didn't take him to court he would finish the job by the weekend of June 23rd and install the fence on June 25,2013.
As to date no work has been performed and he continues to claim I took the paint from his shop and changed my mind to many times.
I do not recommend anyone to use this company, he'll come up with excuses and continue to blame the individual for why he can't complete the job.I'am taking him to court.

At that time I had no contract with Sun Decking. I questioned the workers and they called there boss. Later that day the owner came out with the contract, and work began.
Everything went fine till they started to let all the bad pool decking ,they were chipping away fall into the pool. I had to tell them to stop, because it was a brand new pool linner we just had put in in Dec 2010. Work started again and finally finished.
In Mar 2011 the pool decking started to get a large crack in it. The owner Rick Punu came out and said that spot wasn't preped right and that they would fit it. It's now July 2011 and we have called them 6 times to fine out when they are coming to fit it and they say that they are behind. It's been 4 months and now they won't return our phone calls. The crack is 10 times bigger."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/az/lake-havasu-city/a-z-sun-decking-reviews-5172996.htm"},"position":7},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"TWO MEN & A TRUCK","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"AZ","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Deborah D."},"reviewBody":"We got up in the middle of the night to close up the house and get our three animals in our vehicles and make the drive to Lake Havasu City from Apache Junction. The dirtied my wall by leaning the boxes against the wall. They did manage to damage some items which we didn't discover until later. They did not cover my mattress and box. So they also got dirty. After 11 months they still have not completed our project which they stated would only need two days to complete (installing an aluminum fence around our backyard). Having used this company in 2006 to remodel our kitchen with relative success, I unfortunately did not hesitate to hire them again three years later. Sadly had I checked other resources (Better Business Bureau and Cook County Court) sooner I would have discovered their business practices had changed in recent months. Upon initial contact Edith (Edyta) Duda and her husband John (Janusz) Duda are very friendly and responsive. The project planning process is painless and they have many good ideas. Their pricing was a bit higher than other estimates we received but having seen their workmanship from our kitchen remodel we decided to proceed. The fence: We paid our deposit and were told in September by Edith the fence would take 6 weeks to order and 2 days to install. By late October 2009 she stated they received the materials and she acquired the permit to install the fence. They have done nothing on this project since. I have repeatedly called PAQCC however I am continually told different dates when they will begin the work just to have them not show up nor contact me. At this point I have no fence and they have failed to return our money. The garage: They demolished our existing garage within a week of the signed contract in September however we continuously had to wait for the next steps. Finally after repeated calls to them they finally completed the garage in December, thankfully before the winter weather arrived. I have no complaints about the workmanship, only the time (12 weeks) it took them to complete two weeks worth of work."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/il/schiller-park/paqcc-reviews-2321110.htm"},"position":9},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"Mark Faust Concrete & Block","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"AZ","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Lee W."},"reviewBody":"A Ripoff. Work went quickly. They used an excavator with jaw to remove the hedge entirely. Afterwards, they cleaned up debris from adjacent driveway and leveled the remaining soil. The fence, likewise, went down quickly. The ivy along the chain link fence and the runners in and around old fence were...
They had to really scrub the pet stains out from previous tenant who did not take care of this lovely home I just purchased. Animals were left in the carpeted bedroom areas to do their outside business :-( Natures Way will be used for my future Tile cleaning and sealing needs very soon,...
The fence was never welded or assembled, took $700.00 from me gave me a receipt for the amount. The owner Arturo Rubio, claimed I changed my mind on dimensions and paint color, so he was not able to perform the job paid for. First of all he asked for $500.00 cash and a check for $200.00,that...

There are different types of pet fencing available to keep your furry family member safe:
Chain link fencing is an affordable but not visually appealing option.
Vinyl panel fencing is less easily damaged than wood.
Wood fencing is customizable but requires regular maintenance.
Metal iron fencing provides a sleek look but doesn’t block your pet’s view.
Electric fencing eliminates the need for a traditional fence, but it could be painful to your pet.
Picket fencing adds to your curb appeal but won’t contain most pets.
Brick or stone fencing stops pets from digging out of the yard but costs more.
Certain types of pet fences, like wireless invisible and GPS fences, have easy installation steps, making them a perfect DIY option. A wired invisible fence is generally beyond the skill set of most homeowners, as it requires digging a trench to lay the wires needed, plus wiring them to the transmitter.
In addition, traditional fences require not only time to install but also transportation of materials, the correct tools to do the job, and usually, additional labor. Sometimes, a permit is needed to build a fence, depending on your location. For these reasons, it’s best to hire a local dog fence installer to complete this task.
The cost to install an invisible fence is $1,325 on average. This cost ranges from $100 to $1,650, depending on the yard size and type of invisible fencing.
An in-ground invisible fence has a transmitter, receiver, and wires that run underground to set up the yard's perimeter, averaging $1,325 for installation. GPS invisible fences use satellite data to create the home boundary and are more cost-effective than wired options, ranging from $100 to $800. Wireless invisible fences create a barrier that relies on radio signals, costing between $100 and $500, depending on the brand and range.
Determining the best type of fence to contain your pet can be tricky. Consult a pet fence installer and consider the following questions:
What size pet do you have? Some fence types, like chain link, are too short to contain large dogs.
Is digging an issue? Some fences, like brick or stone, help minimize digging at the fence line, where wood fences aren’t as adequate.
Do you need to block your pet’s view of the neighbor's yard? Some fences, like metal iron fencing and chain link, don’t offer an obstructed view.
The cost to install a pet fence ranges from $1,500 to $8,000 on average. This cost is primarily dependent on the type of fence material and the width and height of the fence and your geographical location.
A wood privacy fence that is 150 linear feet can range from $1,000 to $4,500. However, the same length of fence in aluminum will cost closer to $4,500 to $6,000. In addition, some states are simply more expensive than others to build a fence due to increased demand and cost of living.
