"The crew showed up every morning on time. They patched/drywalled and textured numerous small areas. The texturing was so good, that it is almost impossible to detect where the repairs where made. They also framed, drywalled and textured the kitchen area for recessed lighting installation. They repaired an area where there was a shower leak. They replaced the drywall and textured an area where a closet had been removed. On every part of the project, they exhibited superior workmanship. And at the end of every day, they cleaned up after themselves. Hire them again? Definitely yes!

"Do not accept an estimate from anyone but the owner, Bill. I was promised a job, by the niece, who looked at & talked to me about the work I wanted on my deck. However, when Bill came to the site, after the job was started, he said the job was under estimated. So I got the cheaper job that he wanted to "give" me. The workers were all very nice men and did a good job but just NOT the job I had wanted. Also, instead of being finished mid August, as I was told, it did not get completed until the end of September! Very frustrating..."

"First we had the patios stained.  Aaron arrived promptly with his crew.  The wood looked beautiful.  I plan to add pictures soon.  The wood was completely coated and we feel confident it will last for several years.  Once the patios were completed the house was painted.  We also have a stucco storage building separate from our home.  We asked Arron to pick up two sample colors.  He did not want to pick the color for us but he did advise which color he thought would look best with the trim color we chose.   We appreciated his advise because the job came out beautiful.  We noticed a spot that we thought needed attention.  He returned the next day and even though the issue was not included in the cost he took action with no charge.

"I own K&H Builders in Pinetop-Lakeside. I would highly recommend Lee and his crew at Illuminated Painting. I have hired their crew on my own home, two new home builds, two RV Garages and 1 barn so far. These projects were all very demanding and required many different painting styles and finishes. Illuminated Painting is very detail oriented, organized, punctual, and communicated effectively throughout every one of our projects. "I chose them because the pitch man convinced me they were the best and they were $260  while others I called were $300 and adding termite inspection was $325 and his was included in the $260. On Monday morning at 8am of the planned inspection day, we found the 'current' owner had not turned the electricity on thus, the inspection could not take place. We were emailed the bill would be an additional $65 for the trip charge as it was a good 100 miles round trip and our error, not theirs. I felt bad so I accepted the additional charge. There went my saving a buck. Next we were emailed a new appointment day, Thursday at  11am. The inspector arrived Thursday at 8am.  Needless to say, it confused my whole day arriving three hours early. The inspector really did a good job, explaining everything to me so that I understood. Then he presented me with a $325 bill that we had agreed on and I paid. It being early in the morning I wasn't thinking clearly but later I called the business office and said  -  "Since we have an email stating 11am and the inspector showed up at 8am, your mistake, so I should get my $65 back from the trip charge when it was our mistake." The business office wanted nothing to do with that idea. The $65 was for the extra time and mileage, she said. What about the disruption to my schedule showing up at the wrong time. It didn't matter. Every other time I spoke with the woman in the office she was very kind but suddenly she wasn't any more.  Because they strictly wouldn't change the bill when it was their fault and because they are so far away, I will not use this company again.
