Horrible customer service. The first time Randy showed up he was great. His estimate seemed fair and so I put a deposit down. He had two guys show up to install part of my flashing. When I called Randy back to go over some questions I had regarding my roof he scheduled a time to show up and then he no showed. I called the office and they rescheduled him, this time when Randy showed up he had no answers for anything and only wanted to point out what I could have and should have done differently. He scheduled one of his guys to come finish my flashing two days later. That guy also no showed. So at this point, I requested my deposit back minus the flashings that were installed. I was told Randy was out of town so I would need to wait a few days. I followed up the next week and was told they werenâ t sure what the status of the check was and they would get back to me. I received no response so I contacted Randy. Randy told me because it was after hours I needed to contact the office during office hours and that he had no idea what I was talking about. In the meantime, I had other roofing companies come over for other estimates and they informed me that the flashing was installed completely wrong. Horrible customer service, beyond rude owner who has absolutely no care about his customers homes. I still have not received my refund

We had our roof installed a few months ago and it has been a disaster ... Every time the roof gets wet it leaks.. awful service and accountability. I would not recommend this service !

We are so pleased with our new roof. It's beautiful, neighbors have commented on it. Randy was professional and excellent to work with. The crew was great and the job was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

I had difficulty getting them to correct problems in installation. Randy was rude to me when I requested a resolution of problems. Several bent shingles have installed that will not lay down flat and will blow off in a good wind besides looking bad. Randy, so far, does not want to fix the problem. The shingles should never have been installed, to begin with. A soft spot problem was resolved but only after I complained a lot and was treated rudely by Randy. I hired this company because Randy said he believed in doing things the right way. I found out that this is not true.

Excellent work, clean, very efficient. Dealing with all of their staff was pleasant.

The project involved a complete tear-off and re-roof of a small carport. Craven's crew completed the project in one day and their workmanship was excellent.

Not only did we have the roof replaced, they also did siding and painting of the exterior of our 2 story house. Would highly recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB!

Craven Construction was a pleasure to work with when I needed a new roof. They were responsive, showed up when they said they would, had the job completed onetime, and their price was extremely competitive. Irvine and the rest of the crew who did the work were great. The new roof looks great!

We hired Randy (craven construction) to replace a foam roof on my building. We spend about $75k to get a new roof. Randy left the roof exposed when we had a storm causing over $650k in damages. That was not a smart thing to do as a roofer. Roofers 101. The rain washed away the coating that he applied to the roof. My roof has been leaking every time we have rain and it is worse than before. Randy send some kids to check it after weeks from us calling and text messaging him. Bad service. Randy would never blame himself or admit that he made a mistake. He will blame everything else. I would not do business with him, bad service and more importantly bad morales.

This co. Is very professional and used better materials than the others i had interviewed the cost was comparable but they went way beyond the rest. They saved me over 2 thousand compared to others on my solar. Everyone should use them as the materials they used was better as most people dont think longevity on there roofs. Thanks randy

They did a great job for the agreed price

The men worked from sunup to sundown two days The third day, one man spent several hours cleaning the yard area. Mr Craven checked the progress and was there the last day to ensure the cleanup and my satisfaction. He used a drone to take pictures to show where changes had been needed. Of course it’s expensive, but I believe the quality was worth it.

I hired them to replace my awning, Randy said it was so expensive because they used the best quality parts and had a special technique in sealing it. It sounded like a scam at that part but they had such amazing reviews. The last day of work randy said just give his crew the rest of the money and they'd come back and finish the final details the next day. It was a lie they never came back, But he cashed that check real fast. I had had to put my fence back up that they tore down to make it easier for themselves to put up the awning. The drain spouts are still laying in the grass and there is no sealing on the roof or awning, no flashing, nothing. I have tried and failed multiple times to get a hold of Randy. His phone just goes to voice mail every time I call. I've left several messages on his phone with no reply. If you hire them be wary, don't listen to Randy, don't believe a single thing he tells you, and don't pay them until you have looked over the job and seen it was finished for yourself.

when they damaged the awning, they said they didn't do it!!!! Had to argue with the owner.... Also, my husband had to work 21/2 days to clean up the area!! Was even a bottle on the awning....

Good response time. Did everything they said they would do. I do recommend them. And I loved chatting with Ronda on the phone.

I didn't get a chance to obtain a second estimate... work was completed before I had a chance. They are very fast. Randy worked it out with me.

Affordability and great service is what you will get if you hire Craven Construction! I hired for my roof and painting! Xaiver was great to work with and did an awesome job painting my house and Randy the owner was very personable and had great knowledge. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Randy and his crews were great to work with, I loved the work they did so well that I even hired them to do my parent roof and awning. Great job, great team and affordable prices = no brainier!
