I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"My main pipes underneath the foundation of my house were clogged I thought. Mr. Ashcraft came out for an estimate and found out exactly what the problem was. Corroded and busted pipes underneath the foundation. He took up my flooring and jackhammered the foundation and the busted pipe was exactly where he said it would be. He replaced the pipe, filled in the hole, put down concrete, and replaced my flooring quicker than I thought was possible. He showed me everything as he went along and explained the process in a way that was very easy to understand. I've dealt with plumbers before but his customer service and knowledge was exceptional!
