They never returned my phone call and I called at least three times. My eighty nine year old aunt has cancer and needed hot water. No thanks to them I got it fixed myself. If their service is that lousy that they cannot even return a phone call, I would not recommend them at all!

Mr. Knight was very professional.  Was here when he said he'd be. Clean up after completing the job was execellent, left NO mess. The bill was very reasonable. (eventho he services the Lake Village area) I will call him again for any plumbing problem.

Very poor service and follow-up.  Once they got our money they were gone and refuse to fix the problem.  All the owner does is "talk"...he won't let you get a word in and most of his talk has nothing to do with the problem.  Very very irritating to talk to.
