TEXAS TREESI called Mike Fleming late last week and told him the landscape he put in last summer looked very sad because of our unusual cold weather. He came to my house the next day and assured me that everything looked normal and would come to life again. I engaged him to return and cut back the plants in preparation for spring. I also asked him to clean all the leaves and other inevitable debris from the yard. He sent his crew out 2 days later and they did a terrific job. Everything looks so much better. Joe Maldonado is in charge of the crew. He is completely dedicated to satisfying his customer. No one on his crew stands around on a shovel. He keeps them moving and gets the job done. As before, dealing with Texas Trees is a pleasure.- Billy J C.

Total Yard CareAfter searching for a lawn care provider through listings in the and quot;services offeredand quot; section of the local newspaper and receiving poor service time and time again, I decided to subscribe to Angie's List, specifically to find a lawn service to maintain five acres of lawn. Yard Works Custom LawnsThey are really professional and really good. We use them continually. They come the day that they say they are coming and do the work extremely well. We have a large house with a lot of shrubbery and just professional care is what these things need and they always come and they do everything top-notch. They always show up. They treat the lawn yearly. Unfortunately a lot of these companies are here today and gone tomorrow but this young gentleman started doing this out of school and he is doing it for years now. Cj's Lawn & Small Engine RepairThey arrive in a pick up truck with a trailer for equipment and sometimes a second vehicle. It is a family operation and believe me everyone knows their jobs and gets right on them.. They run weed eaters along fence lines and around trees and obstacles, swept decks and cleaned up all clippings and other debris. It's a no smoking crew so no cigarette butts laying around. Very professional, (there is only room for one date, but he actually did the complete yard several times.) He also trailer-ed my own mower to his shop, did a repair job on it and trailer-ed back, all at a very nominal fee. I could not have been happier with his work.- LoKiel N.

Robert Abbott landscapingHe came by this morning and gave me two zucchinis from his garden. He takes care of my yard because I am not able to do it. He does all of my trimming for me. He has done beds for me. He has rearranged some beds and things I just can't do anymore. He is really nice. He is not somebody your afraid to have hang around your house. He has done some odd jobs for me. He has done a little exterior painting for me. He is good with tools and knows how to use them. He put up some hose hangers for me. When I had my surgery last winter he put up some grab bars in my bathroom. He charges me one fee for the maintenance and everything else is extra.- Claire A.

AgriLawn IncWe have a contract with them for the grass and the shrubs and the trees. I spend a lot and it's probably like $3000.00. Their price is high. I don't know if other people charge as much as they do. I don't know how AgriLawn's price would translate into a grade. Depending upon the weather they only have so many guys that get out, but they came. I would definitely use them in the future.- SANDRA H.

With each discovery, he emailed pictures and provided recommendations for repair. No surprises, and we stayed well within the submitted proposal. I am home and we couldn’t be more pleased. They showed up on time and got straight to work. Within a few hours the trees had been cut down and cut up for removal. They loaded everything up and left my yard looking great! These gentlemen were affordable, polite and professional.. 10/10 would recommend!!

Jeremy and his crew are the best. He drew up a great plan to replace old shrubs we had removed. He also fixed some issues with our sprinkler system, installed landscape lighting, replaced Bermuda sod and removed old wooden fencing in a very timely fashion. The first year they did OK. The second year our lawn had a brownish cast to it all year. I talked to the technician (3X), called the company and talked to a manager, and it wasn't until September that they sent out a different manager to confirm there was a problem.
