Arkansas Roof Renew LLCI was quite pleased with that. Actually it was a little pressure wash. If you high pressure you will actually blow off the granules off the shingles. I was impressed by the politeness and promptness of their employees. They showed up when they said they would. They got right to work, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. He actually did more than was agreed to because he wanted to avoid the criticism of leaving a house incompletely cleaned. Keith Lynchard Roofing & ConstructionFirst of all, Keith himself came out and gave me an estimate soon after I called. Later that same day, a young man named Aaron came out and power washed the house plus he used a brush for all the gutters. He really scrubbed them because some were stained. The next day, Aaron was out here bright and early and he washed the walkways, patios and driveway. He was a hard worker who did not stop until he was finished. It took about 4 hours the first day and 3 to 4 hours the second day. I have to say he was conscientious, polite and respectful at all times. After the wood had dried following the pressure cleaning, Mr. Frazier & crew were punctual, received instructions, and went to work. They carefully moved grill, outdoor furniture, and potted plants and applied two coats of sealant to all vertical surfaces, and three coats to all horizontal surfaces. The wood soaked it up like a sponge. They replaced everything and did a great cleanup. In retrospect, the cost of both the pressure cleaning and sealing jobs included approximately 60 man-hours and a large amount of supplies delivered with state-of-the-art equipment. My house and property look new. My wife and I are completely satisfied. They're a class act.
