Village Plumbing

I called a Mr. Anderson from your list. He apparently is a general contractor. He recommended Rigsby. I then called Rigsby. They had someone already in the Village on a job. That person called me shortly after and stated that he would be here immediately and was.  He needed a part that he didn't have on his truck and called an associate who brought the part and stayed to help finish the job.       I thought the charge was a little pricey, but it's been along time since I've had plumbing work done. I was happy to have it done expedisously and well done.

Plumber , David Vaughn, replaced the leaky shower faucet and installed a new shower head within an hour. He also checked our water pressure.  He left the bathroom as clean as when he arrived.  We were very happy with the results and have already recommended him to our relatives.

The  job went well. Two repairmen fixed the three toilets quickly. They did have to leave for parts during the day.

Our home is only 5 yrs old and we bought it last year. We had company and our guest said there was water in the floor around our toilet in the guest bathroom. We turned off the water and shop vac the water up. The toilet wabbled on the floor. We called and got the plumbers name from a man we had doing work on our deck. Two plumbers showed up within a couple of hours. They pulled up the toilet and found the pipe in the floor was cracked and the floor was also unlevel. We are on a slab so they had to chip out the concrete to get the pipe out and replace it. They shimed the toilet at the low spot. Whoever put the floor tile down did not level it out properly and with it moving back and forth it broke the pipe. They fixed the  problem within 2 hours and they were very professional and quick for all the work they had to do. I will call them again with any plumbing problems we may have in the future.

Very well, it was a difficult job and they stayed on it till finished. Work was perfect!
