"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."

"They contacted me via cell phone, and scheduled an appointment on the weekend, which I thought was strange.  They arrived on time, he brought his son as was mentioned in previous reviews.  I purchased the deal through Angie's list, and thought I was getting two hours of work, but only got about one.  Mr. Logue is nice, and knows what he is doing.  He's very to-the-point (customer service is not his strong point, but I'd prefer a good electrician to a salesman any day).  He brought his whole family with him, they were in the truck while he worked on the projects. Now that I've read the other reviews, it makes sense, though.  It just didn't seem very professional.
They gave me a quote on some other work, but I'm not sure I will use them.  I'm going to get some quotes from other electrical contractors.

Wells and Pumps questions, answered by experts

Both can deliver clean water to your taps, but well water and city water carry a few differences. City water is delivered and connected through a main water line, and it travels through a network of underground private and public pipes to service various buildings and structures once it’s been treated.

Well water is derived from dug or drilled wells that source groundwater from the water table. City water is often more expensive than well water, but it eliminates the need for you to test and treat your own well water.

A water pressure booster doesn't require special maintenance. Like any house system, inspections should be a regular part of your annual schedule. Check for leaks, faulty valves, pressure loss, and mineral build-up. Pressure loss could be a result of mineral build-up, and you can descale the system with a vinegar and water solution.

Yes, professionals can replace worn-out motors to restore efficient airflow.

Well water can taste different depending on the underground water source it taps into. Some well water tastes slightly sweet, while some may have a slight odor or no taste at all. If you find that you don’t like the taste of well water, a simple drinking water filter can remove most taste and smell.

A leaking well pipe is quite different from if the well itself is leaking. To seal a leaking well, pour a cement mixture or bentonite into the space between the well casing and the borehole wall. The heavier cement collects at the bottom to form a solid seal, pushing lighter materials like mud and fluids up toward the surface. Professional well installation companies have the equipment to do this properly.
