I was told that they would drill holes in inconspicuous areas on my decorative concrete patio and also that they would fill in the holes in such a way that it would match "pretty close". Neither of these things happened. When I asked if "anything could be done" to improve it they flatly refused and then immediately started pressuring me to pay the bill right then. I am as reasonable a person as you will ever find, but this really ticked me off. I would not ever recommend this company due to this."
