"Brandon was amazing! His communication was prompt and professional. He arrived as agreed communicating with me prior to arriving. He was extremely professional, kind and courteous of my time and property. He explained various details which I was very glad to learn. He showed me pictures of my dirty chimney which he emailed as well. Upon my request /inquiry he even discussed possibly making a custom screen that would fit my particular situation !! He even performed a complimentary check on my dryer’s performance! I can not say enough positives about this experience. I even referred few of my neighbors and family to him. "Schedule to do the work at noon on Saturday. Did call at 11:00 a.m. because they had a tire blowout and let me know he would be a couple hours late. But they did show up when they said they would. Tree was trimmed excellently. Just what I wanted. All of the haul away was done. Yard was cleaned up exactly the way it looked before arrival. Could not be happier. Are planning on having them back to trim another tree."
